Copy Death Certificate/Grant of Probate

Good morning,
Quick question, are there any circumstances where the LR would request sight of a certified copy Death Certificate where Grant of Probate has been provided, please ?

G M Beth - very rarely but it might be requested to corroborate something but both are official 'evidence of death' so generally only one is needed to confirm death.
Clearly probate can be required for transactions other than noting a death such as where the executor(s) are actually dealing with the property/title
