Good afternoon.
I am seeking to obtain information held by HMLR that was submitted by the conveyancing solicitors for the purchase of my freehold interest:Title number AV193519 FF Flat 271 BS78NY,I am the registered  Proprietor.
The accompanying Title AV193621 is for the FF Flat owners Freehold interest in my home/GF Flat.
There exists a leasehold/freehold reversion with property titles :
AV 190451 GF FLAT Freehold
AV193621 GF FLAT Leasehold
AV193519 FF Flat Freehold
Av 190450 FF Flat Leasehold.
The application for the HMLR Conveyancing pack lists :lease deeds, transfer deeds, conveyancing deeds, and charges available for the selected property.
There is an invitation to ask for specific documents,to be listed in the comments section.

Question: I require  all documents submitted by the solicitors involved with the conveyancing of the ff flat (around) 9th July 2020 , seller Mr Gavin J Ford, acting conveyancing firm Capstone Solicitors, purchaser Ms Celia Corrigan ,acting conveyancing firm Neath Raisebeck Golding (NRG) solicitors.

The cost for the conveyancing pack is £34.95,and I need to know if HMLR will release with totality all forms used for the conveyancing.I know forms AP1 and TR1 were completed by NRG Solicitors, were forms submitted by Capstone Solicitors to HMLR ?

Please could you tell me which forms were submitted and did those forms have supporting documents, and would those forms and supporting documents be released to me with my application for the FF Flat conveyancing pack.

How/what is the best phrase of words to use for an absolute and total disclosure of every form and supporting document used/submitted to HMLR for the conveyancing of the FF Flat, and would any of the documents not be released owing to data protection?

Good Afternoon Chris - we don't provide a 'conveyancing pack' and looking at the cost quoted it seems you are using/referring to one of the third party websites that exists and who supply information online?
The official government website/service is on GOV.UK and you can obtain a copy of the register/title plan online and other deeds/documents by post.
If you require copies of documents submitted as part of an application then please use our online contact form to submit the specific title/property details and an explanation as to what it is you are trying to obtain. Our support team will respond and explain what documents we hold, are available and how to apply by post and at what cost

Thank you,yes you are correct it's HMLR UK who provide the property title information,/bundles,I'm pretty sure you have saved me £35.00 as the info I require is held by HMLR office.
Kindest regards
Chris.

Chris - thanks for confirming. You would have got a 'pack' but I don't think it would have provided you with the information you ultimately want. Most likely the same copy of the register/title plan and 'filed' deed(s) (check register) only.
It seems you want 'more' but that's only available with a specific request detailing what paperwork it is you are after rather than the routinely available registered information.
