I would appreciate some advice

Last year we purchased a plot of arable land and that was handled by a solicitor on our behalf the transaction is complete and registered in our name HMLR.

The land was purchased with an overage clause.

Post completion I have paid a premium to have the overage clause removed ie to no longer apply. I wish to register this with HMLR and have:
  • Deed of variation relating to transfer deed signed by both parties
  • A copy of the TP!
  • The ordenance survey map with the property edged in red
  • A completed and signed RX4 form from the transferor
    • RX4 £20 payment to be paid by the transferor by DD
Is this all that is required to complete the deed of variation with HMLR

Neil - What you have indicated appears to meet the basic requirements for such application.

The only point I am unsure is who is submitting the application.  If the application is submitted using our Portal by a conveyancer then the fee is £20, however if the application is submitted by a non-conveyancer and so by post, then the fees would be £40.
