I would appreciate some advice
Last year we purchased a plot of arable land and that was handled by a solicitor on our behalf the transaction is complete and registered in our name HMLR.
The land was purchased with an overage clause.
Post completion I have paid a premium to have the overage clause removed ie to no longer apply. I wish to register this with HMLR and have:
- Deed of variation relating to transfer deed signed by both parties
- A copy of the TP!
- The ordenance survey map with the property edged in red
- A completed and signed RX4 form from the transferor
- RX4 £20 payment to be paid by the transferor by DD
Is this all that is required to complete the deed of variation with HMLR
