For individual applicants I can see we can self certify copies of key documents (and you make it clear you don’t want originals).

However it appears you have different information in what wording is needed in two of your u tube videos. In the video how to complete form AP1 you set out the wording you require to certify, but this is slightly different from what your video how to certify a document for Land Registry says is needed. In the latter video it tells you to include your address, whereas the first one doesn’t. Are either form of words acceptable? Thanks

Hello Angela - Can you clarify what is the nature of the application and what documents are you looking to certify? 

The reason for asking is because if the application relates to unregistered land or property then we will require the originals. 

We will look at the guidance in the videos to ensure that they are consistent but in the meantime please include your  address.

Thank you Nimish for your prompt response. We will be completing TR1 and AP1.

It is a transfer of registered land and the docs for certification are the grant of probate and death certificate. We could send originals (as we purchased a number) but your  guidance indicates you don’t want the originals sent. 
 

We will add in the address to the certification, thanks.
