Hi,

My father passed away recently, I am executor & sole beneficiary of his will. However my mother passed away last year but she was never removed from the register. My question is relating to the forms I need to complete, I think it is AP1, AS1, ID1. Do I also need to complete DJP to remove my mother from the registry first? If that is the case I assume the applications to be made are:

Assent of whole registered title

Removal of deceased proprietor

Application to change register

Can you confirm this is correct please?

Hi Craig - I'm sorry to read of your loss. No form DJP needed. Just include a certified copy of your Mother's death certificate with the AP1, AS1 and ID1
