Pending applications on titles causing delays with purchase

<p>We are in the process of purchasing a property that will require the transfer of part of one title and the whole of another title to us. However both titles have pending applications with Land Registry and therefore current official copies of both titles cannot be obtained by our solicitors. For a number of reasons the sellers solicitors are unable to assist with expediting these pending applications or providing the details of them to us as they were not party to them, so I was wondering if there is any other routes for us to try and progress with getting this information? Angus - the applications were expedited on the 24th June so hopefully some progress will be made in the coming days<br> I should stress that for many conveyancers things can often still progress with an official copy of the registers as is plus searches to confirm the nature/type of pending application also. Together they provide a complete picture that may enable them to continue with the purchase. But of course there maybe things in the mix preventing that from being the case and I'm sure they have considered this with the seller's conveyancer also&#160;<br> LT521984 &amp;&#160;LT538055

Hi Adam,<br> Please could you check and let me know whether the various (unsure on number - possibly 3 across both titles?) pending applications against both titles that were expedited on 24/06 have now been processed and the effects of which will therefore be shown on an updated copy of the titles? If they haven't yet been processed, is there anything specific preventing their processing or just working their way through?<br> Our solicitors weren't able to find information re. the type/nature of the pending applications so we need them to be processed and the titles brought up to date before we can progress with the purchase, but only have a few days left before everything could fall through due to our chain.<br> Appreciate your help with this!
