We are Rivendale Developments based in Southampton. We have original documents (e.g., Conveyances, plans, correspondence), under Title Number HP373040 relating to land situate at Netley in the County of Hampshire forming part of O.S. 8125 together with the buildings erected thereon. These are dated from April 1975 onwards to 2015. They have been filed in our archives for some while and we have no use for them.
We would appreciate some advice as to whether you are open to keeping and securing the paperwork if we sent it to you for safekeeping?
We will wait to hear from you.
Kind regards
Jules Heathers

Jules - we don't file historical deeds/information and we are not a deeds repository for example, so we would reject such a submission

Good afternoon
Thank you for your quick response and advice. The documents we hold will be shredded under the circumstances.
Kind regards
