LL Restriction

If the Title to a property is protected by an anti fraud restriction LL, is it possible to transfer the property using the section39 Senior Courts Act 1981 procedure?
 

Alan - the form LL restriction won't prevent a court ordering or instructing someone else to execute the Transfer if the registered owner refuses to do so. In most cases the judge will execute the Transfer 
The form LL restriction is there to help prevent fraud so doesn't stop the court process
