Question Re your ref U874CJT

Regarding Title number MX56987.  We have been advised that due to the nature of the application it requires consideration by a senior technician.  Can you give an indication as to when we can expect this to be complete.  The issue is preventing us from exchanging contracts as our purchasers lender will not lend until the issue is resolved.  The purchases mortgage offer expires shortly and we are concerned that the sale and likewise the related purchase could collapse.

Nial - lodged 13th March, expedited and as you state now with a senior technician to review and decide next steps. We can't be definitive re timescales but I'd hope to know more by early next week. Suggest you post again on Monday and we can check again

Nial - the application has bene completed and the register has been updated. The entry cannot be removed but it has been amended to explain the 'new' position. An explanation has been provided to the applying conveyancer so please contact them to confirm and to clarify as appropriate.
I hope you can now forward with the sale/purchase more positively
