Removal of former wife from deeds

Hi, I’m approaching the end of the divorce process. 
As part of the settlement I am to retain the house, so my wife’s name will require removal from the deeds.
M solicitor wants an exorbitant sum to do this so I’d prefer to do the work myself.

What forms do I need to complete and what is the associated charge for submission please?
