My parents have joint ownership of their house with no mortgage. My father has died and now I need to update the registry to show only my mum is now the owner. Can I do this on my own with my mum and fill in the DJP form?
Do I need to fill in other forms to prove our identities?
Thanks
Christianne

Christianne - you can apply using form DJP plus a certified copy of the death certificate. There is no identity verification required
