possibility of expediting removal of lease charge on title?

Dear Sir/Madam, Re: LA638966 There is a 10 years barber shop lease charge on this title at 27 Golden Hill Lane, Leyland, PR25 3NP, and my solicitor Harry Boodhoo submitted an application to remove this charge, in aim to assist my mortgage application. if i may send you a copy of the mortgage letter, would it be possible for your to upload it to the application, so that it would help to speed up the removal process? Tony - expedition gets the application to the processing start line with 10 days (often just a few). Everything then hinges on the application being in order of course

Dear Sir/Madam, i just submitted an expedite request through online enquiry contact form, with Enquiry Reference: 260216-5795819 Title Number: LA638966. as my solicitor was not interested or too busy to do this small work. Would it be possible , if i may bother you to find this enquiry message and pair it with the title number. , as I am in an urgent situation need this registered lease to be removed as soon as possible, for the bank to proceed the loan. Though the email from land registry indicated that message from enquiry contact form may take 5 working days, or even 20 working days only to be picked up.
