How do I get a copy of covenants

How do I get a copy of covenants on my property that are held separately to my title dead

Hi Adam - Are you able to provide me the title number and details of what covenants you are enquiring about so that I can check our records first.

My dead is HP378287, I have a copy of that. It says that the covenants are store under HP82979.

Adam - you can apply for copies of deeds and documents, including leases, that we hold by completing form OC2 and sending it to us by post.

When filling in the form, be sure to:

• enter the details of the land or property that you would like to find out about
• enter the title number (our unique identifying reference) HP378287
• enter your own details into the applicant fields
• provide as much detail as you can about the deeds or documents you want copies of

Fees are payable - £11 per copy. Cheques/postal orders should be made payable to HM Land Registry. We do not currently accept card payments for applications.
