My parents held their main residence as tenants in common. When Dad died in 2021 his will specified the beneficial interest in his 50% share of the property passed to his 3 children. My Mum continued living in the property until she passed away just recently. 
What is the process to notify the Land Registry in this case and is there any general guidance available?

Just to add that no notification to Land Registry was made at the point Dad died in 2021.

Steven - sorry to read of your loss. Much depends on what is to happen to the property ownership and our online guidance explains what happens next depending on what's decided.
