How to send my SEV forms

Hello William - You do not need to send us the official copy of the title register.&#160;<br> <br> If all the proprietors are party to the application and have signed the form then you do not require any further evidence.&#160; If the application is not made by all the proprietors then we would require the letter of severance.&#160;<br> <br> Hope this helps.&#160;
