How to send my SEV forms

Hi, please can you advise how long it is currently taking to process SEV forms? I posted one on 20/10/23 and have not heard anything as yet? Thank you. 

Hi James - you can expect to wait potentially 4-5 months currently. When processing starts/is completed we will contact you.
If there's an urgency involved then you can request expedition as appropriate to keep the wait time as short as possible

My wife and I are about to send form SEV and want to check documentation requirements with the completed form

box 7 Application Is by all the registered proprietors it states no further evidence required

Do we still need to return the official copy of title of register 

Do we  need to send you a copy of the letter of severance

Hello William - You do not need to send us the official copy of the title register. 

If all the proprietors are party to the application and have signed the form then you do not require any further evidence.  If the application is not made by all the proprietors then we would require the letter of severance.
