Hello<br> <br> My wife and I are about to send form SEV and want to check documentation requirements with the completed form<br> <br> <b>box 7 </b>Application Is by all the registered proprietors it states no further evidence required<br> <br> Do we still need to return the official copy of title of register <br> <br> Do we need to send you a copy of the letter of severance <br> <br> thank y

Hello William - You do not need to send us the official copy of the title register. <br> <br> If all the proprietors are party to the application and have signed the form then you do not require any further evidence.  If the application is not made by all the proprietors then we would require the letter of severance. <br> <br> Hope this helps.
