Deed of Variation

Dear Team, I thought my sale was ready to complete after 7 months but now it has come to light that upon the original purchase of a new build, the car park space assigned to the property as per the signed drawings (and deeds) with my original solicitor, managed to register without the car park space. The Buyer's lender will not progress the sale until this has been updated (although some lenders allow for this to be pending inline with the sale). I understand this has been expedited but now past the 10 days and no further movement according to your records. Please could you advise if there is a backlog and how long roughly this could as now this now a huge risk to my sale and have a detrimental impact for something I did not create in the first case.
