removing my wife and I from ownership

Hi - Currently the house my son and his wife occupy is joint owned by my son and his wife and myself and my wife.
My wife and I would like to remove our names from the registry and leave the ownership to just my son and his wife, Is this difficult to do? I'd like to do it myself if possible and save on solicitor charges - thanks John

Hi John - our online guidance explains what's required from a registration perspective. The 4 of you would transfer to just 2 - Registering land or property with HM Land Registry: Change the registered owner name - GOV.UK
