Martin - they appear to have left that decision up to you and are probably expecting you to draw a new plan or remedy the issue that has caused the problem with the existing one. That may mean doing a new plan, re-drawing the edging, removing the scale/measurements.
It's for you and the other parties to the Transfer that need to agree and decide and whatever you do any changes or a new plan need to be signed by all of you to confirm.
If you are unsure then I would respond to the request and state what you can do to correct matters and ask the casework team to confirm if that would be ok -
