Freeholder absent or unwilling to sign transfer of freehold

Hello,
I sold the leasehold and freehold share of my flat last year. The freehold arrangement was as tenants in common - three freeholders own the freehold of the building. My solicitor has been trying without success to get one of the other freeholders to sign the transfer form to transfer my share to the new leaseholder for a year now but he either doesn't respond or is refusing to sign.
What steps can I take to have my share legally transferred to the new owner please?
Many thanks

Hello Matthew - you need all the freeholders to be involved so if he refuses then you may need to consider taking legal action. You should rely on your solicitor's advice here as a result.
The legal ownership can only be transferred by way of an executed Transfer completed by all the registered legal owners. Whilst a judge can execute in place of one who refuses for example it rarely reaches that stage as the named individual complies beforehand
