I know there’s a couple of weeks or so to go before this can be fully registered so I appreciate there’s not much you can tell me, but do you know if there have been any responses to the wider check letters?

Hi Adam!

Nearing to the expiry date, just wondering whether registration will happen on the 12th or whether it will happen after? Conscious the 12th is a Friday so is it more likely to be the 15th or 16th it is registered, all being well.

Also, once this is registered, will the solicitors be informed?

Hi Leonie - the notices expire at Noon on the 12th so it will be after that when things will be reviewed/completed (hopefully).
I can't be definitive as to whether that would be PM on the 12th or over the weekend (can happen) or early the following week 
We will contact the lodging conveyancer as appropriate.
