Looking to understand which forms are required for the following scenario;

Husband owns land with his 3 siblings as tenants in common. Husband passed away and wife is the beneficiary. What form is required to be completed to state the wife’s name as the land owner for the 25% share and do all the land owners need to sign the form?

J Wallis - please use our assisted online guidance to confirm the forms and guidance needed. If the legal ownership is to be transferred then that would be done by all the surviving registered owners.
HMLR Guide: Start - External · HM Land Registry
Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property.
