Hi, I have a restriction on my Proprietorship Register within my Title that reads: RESTRICTION: No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the court. Does this relate to a past bankruptcy that is now all satisfied and closed off over 10 years ago and how do I get it removed?

Hi Michael - it's known as a form A/joint ownership restriction and it can be added to the register following a bankruptcy. You can apply to cancel it using form RX3 plus a form ST5 - follow the online guidance with regards how to change from tenants in common to joint tenants for what to include in the ST5 https://www.gov.uk/joint-property-ownership/change-from-tenants-in-common-to-joint-tenants
