Removal of Restriction on Title register

Hi, I have a restriction on my Proprietorship Register within my Title that reads: RESTRICTION: No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the court. Does this relate to a past bankruptcy that is now all satisfied and closed off over 10 years ago and how do I get it removed?

Hi Michael - it's known as a form A/joint ownership restriction and it can be added to the register following a bankruptcy.
