Pending charges on land registry

Hello<br> <br> HP729177<br> <br> I have been told by a prospective lender that there is a pending charge on the property? Are you able to shed any light on this? I have contacted our solicitor but not got a response as yet.<br> Previously it was my partners name spelt incorrectly.<br> We purchased the house in February 2025

Hello Lauren - there's no pending charge but we received an application from&#160;JS LAW LIMITED on the 29th Sept to update your contact address on the register&#160;<br> If that's not needed then they can contact us to cancel it&#160;<br> HP729177

Hi Lauren - The application is still pending currently.&#160; We have received the solicitor's confirmation and it is being dealt with.&#160;

Do you know how long this takes roughly - This is the last thing delaying us getting the funds.<br> <br> Thank You&#160;

Lauren - It would generally be done within 24 hours.&#160; The request to cancel was received this afternoon so I would expect the application to be cancelled shortly.&#160;
