Pending charges on land registry

I have been told by a prospective lender that there is a pending charge on the property? Are you able to shed any light on this? I have contacted our solicitor but not got a response as yet.
Previously it was my partners name spelt incorrectly.
We purchased the house in February 2025

Hello Lauren - there's no pending charge but we received an application from JS LAW LIMITED on the 29th Sept to update your contact address on the register 
If that's not needed then they can contact us to cancel it

I spoke to the solicitor they confirmed it was to add my email address to the land registry. They have confirmed they have cancelled this today.

Can you let me know if received update from them and if this is now showing as nothing pending?

Hi Lauren - The application is still pending currently.  We have received the solicitor's confirmation and it is being dealt with. 

Do you know how long this takes roughly - This is the last thing delaying us getting the funds.

Lauren - It would generally be done within 24 hours.  The request to cancel was received this afternoon so I would expect the application to be cancelled shortly.

Hi Lauren - the application was cancelled on the 6th as per the conveyancer's request to do so hence nothing now pending
