My father passed away leaving his share of a property that he owned (tenants in common) with his partner to his children. His will states that his partner is to remain in the property until she passes away. Do I need to remove his name from the title deed and add the 4 children to it instead?

Sorry to read of your loss. You all need legala dvice here as to what options exist and which is 'best' in the circumstances. We can only advise you on how to complete forms and submit an application once you have decided what to do. That could be nothing; or it could mean simply updating the register re his death; or his partner transferring the legal ownership
