Death of a tenant in common

My father passed away leaving his share of a property that he owned (tenants in common) with his partner to his children. His will states that his partner is to remain in the property until she passes away. Do I need to remove his name from the title deed and add the 4 children to it instead?

We can only advise you on how to complete forms and submit an application once you have decided what to do. That could be nothing; or it could mean simply updating the register re his death; or his partner transferring the legal ownership
