Establishing ownership chain for a title by getting a copy of an entry on a title summary

Hope you are well and can assist with this query. It's a bit bit long because I included some history, but I'm after a single record.

The proprietor of GR229038 disputes the boundary between his title and our title GR214669.

The title summary for GR214669 has an entry showing that we purchased that land on 4 Aug 2000. I would like a copy of that entry but don't know what it is or how to get it. I am hoping it will show the two parties involved so that we can establish a continuous chain of ownership from 1999, through 2000, and up to 2025.

History part follows, if you need more context. My understanding is that:

10/06/1974 The Ministry of Transport purchased some land from a John Lamb and that land became AV202154.

31/03/1999 GR214667 was TP'd out of AV202154 to Nicola Florence 
23/04/1999 GR214668 was TP'd out of GR214667 to us
23/04/1999 GR214669 was TP'd out of GR214667 on to WestRiver Ltd, owned by us

12/05/2000 GR229038 was TP'd out of GR214668 when we sold property on that title

04/08/2000 GR214669 was purchased (not TP'd) by us

History:

In 2022, ~22 years after purchase, the owner of GR229038 disputed the boundary between GR229038 and GR214669, A few months ago a court ordered a RICS surveyor to establish the legal boundary.

In our evidence to the surveyor, we asserted that prior to our purchase in 1999 the land had always been in single ownership and had no internal boundaries. We purchased that land in 1999 when it was split. As vendor and owner of land on both sides of the boundary, we alone were in a position to determine the extent of GR229038 when we split it out in May 2000. The boundary of GR229038 went unchallenged by the original purchaser for ~22 years.

The RICS surveyor carried out a boundary inspection and title inspection. He observed an entry in the GR214669 title summary showing that we purchased GR214669 in Aug 2000. He asserted that as we did not own the land in May 2000 when GR229038 was TP'd we cannot determine the boundary. We can show (from other records) that we did own the land, but a copy of the actual transfer would be indisputable.

We have old titles showing that WestRiver Ltd were the proprietors of GR214669 in April 1999, paperwork showing that we have owned WestRiver Ltd since it incorporation in March 1999, and paperwork showing that we owned GR214669 since Aug 2000. What we do not have, is paperwork showing who we bought GR214669 from in Aug 2000.

Hi Adam.

I wasn't aware that the deeds/TP1 would have that info. I'll order it now.
