Hi there!

We can't find our hard copy of the deeds for our property anywhere. However, I have bought the Summary of Title and Title Plan from gov.uk but it only shows 'general boundaries'.

I am looking to replace some fences and want to know if there is ownership of boundary listed anywhere. The title number is SGL117545.

Many thanks for your help,

Ella de Jongh

Hi Ella - have a read of this thread for guidance on what MAY be available and how you/your neighbours can perhaps discuss and agree who is responsible for what - I want to know which fence/boundary is mine · HM Land Registry
If you look at the register for your title you will see it makes no mention of T marks or similar re responsibility for boundaries
SGL117545

Thanks so much for a speedy reply - I don't think I can see any T marks. I've attached it in case I'm being a bit thick!

Ella - there are no T marks shown and it is very rare for a title plan to show them anyway
Please do read the linked thread and our blog to understand boundaries 'better' - Drawing the line on boundaries – HM Land Registry
