Hi Colin<br> <br> Once we receive the discharge (ususally directly from the lender) we amend the register and remove any entries relating to that charge (mortgage). Completion documents are then sent to the applicant. Whether they forward that to you is between you and them.<br> <br> A copy of the register can be obtained by using&#160;<a href="https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry">Search for land and property information - GOV.UK</a>.<br> <br> Darren

Hi Colin<br> <br> If you have made the application yourself then upon completion the documents be sent to you. Usually it is the lender who applies direct to us and we send the documents to them. If you hae a title number or address i can check on the current status for you.&#160;<br> <br> Darren
