If the Title plan is created by LR using a Deed plan, will the Land registry have it on record?  If there is found to be a difference between the two, and assuming the deed will carry more legal weight.  Would LR update the title plan to better suit?

Christopher - we would normally have some form of record as to on what basis the title plan was created/mapped
And if an error was made and that was due to a mistake on our part then that can be corrected as appropriate.
If you want to check what was submitted and request a copy then please use our online contact form to query the point and the support team will respond as appropriate and advise what to apply for and at what cost
Or if you think a mistake has been made use the contact form to report the error instead

Thanks Adam,

Can you confirm that if it is found to be different the original record would carry more weight legally than the LR title plan?

Christopher - it's not really a case of being 'different' or 'more weight'. There's either an error or there isn't and the title plan can be corrected if appropriate to do so.
Which carries more weight legally will depend on the legal issue being discussed and to confirm that legal point you should seek legal advice

Presumably you can query any boundary not just your own?

Christopher - you can but any changes would then have to be communicated to the registered owners before any alterations might be made
