I bought my house 9 years ago with a parking space included in the sale TR6 form. The parking space was not on the title deeds. The parking space has been in use for my property for well over 20 years. Can I get an easement added to my registration documents adding this as an easement. The small piece of land in not registered and no other people have used this area in this time and over the past 9 years since buying the property I have maintained this area for parking. Advice would be helpful.

Ian - it's legal advice you need first here as to whether you have acquired a legal easement over time. If you have satisfied the legal requirements then our PG 52 explains how to then apply to register the claim - Easements claimed by prescription (PG52) - GOV.UK
Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property. There can be significant consequences for any error. Please consider seeking legal representation. Before making an application without legal representation, it is important to consider the benefits of using a conveyancer.
