Nothing I've seen covers this situation - I'm not adding or amending anything, or changing my name. Do I really need a conveyancer for this?

Elizabeth - you don't have to use a solicitor/conveyancer but we would always recommend that you do. They are familiar with the forms, process and can verify your identities as appropriate. And offer wider legal advice when dealing with what's often your main asset
