TR1 Form

Is it possible to obtain a copy of the TR1 form from land registry as the family do not have it and the father has passed away as we need it for IHT and probate purposes. The family don't know the solicitor who was involved so unfortunately I don't have anyone I can contact. The house in question was bought by Mr & Mrs and then the ownership changed a few years later. Do you know whether I can obtain the TR1 forms for both transactions? The second transaction was in 2017 but I don't know when the house was initially purchased. If so can I do this online or do I need to contact land registry via phone to request it?
