Private land ownership

Hi, i am writting to ask about an issue i have with a private land next to my house which i am in direct contact, as i need to use it in order to access my property/parking. There use to be a private company who owned this land but the e company is disolved few months back, and i would like to know who is in charge now.
I don’t have the land title nr, but i can give you my address and the land it’s exactly next to my house. 
the address is 26 Hayes Road, Mk19 6hw.

Hi Maria - you can search online to confirm the registered information re the land and who the registered/legal owner is
Search for land and property information - GOV.UK
Use the search by map option and your own postal address to identify the land and then complete your search re the adjoining land

Hi Adam, thank you for your response. I did searched it as advised, i have payed to see the title register, and the owner is the same as the company that is disolved. In this case do you know who might be responsible for the land.

Could you please let me know if there is any pending application for change of ownership if any.
