I’m currently trying to sell my Freehold property.
there is a restriction on the deeds relating to the appointment of a Management Company.
The Company was dissolved in 2023, it was set up by the developer of the Seven properties affected by this. It only covers a small area between the council road and the allocated parking spaces.
I believe the Developer a sole owner is now retired.
details of the company being dissolved is detailed on the Companies house register, dissolved due to not submitting accounts or proof of operating.
Can I have this Company removed from my Deeds to enable the sale to proceed?

Anthony - see our PG 19 section 3 for guidance on how to deal with/comply with a restriction as appropriate. Section 3.9 is likely to be relevant to your circumstances but do speak to your legal rep/conveyancer
