WA741645 - land slightly north of this?

Hi, using the map function I've been able to find plans for WA741645. The land references here (I think!) follows a straight line from point C to the main road. At the end of this private driveway which joins the main road is a visibility splay. I'm trying to understand who has ownership of the northern part of the splay. If you draw a straight line across from point C to the main road, there's a few metres of land at the largest point before it goes onto the local authority responsibility. It would be the section to the north of point C (ie outside the line marked red on WA741645) and in between the dashed line to the north of point C.

There's a party claiming ownership of this land - I believe that it's owned as part of WA741645, but I'm unable to find a title and plans which actually document this small parcel of land. 

Hi Gary - If you are unable to establish registration details using our online service then you would need to apply for a Search of Index Map (SIM) first - https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-property-and-land/search-the-index-map

You will need to provide a map / plan showing the exact extent of land that you are searching about.  The SIM result will reveal if the land is registered with us or not, and if registered then it will provide the title number(s) concerned.  You can then obtain a copy of the title register and / or title plan using the online service.
