The solicitor has provided a TP1 that shows the transfer from the developer to a freehold company that is named on the form.  The company named was dissolved voluntarily in 2018, is this a problem?  Neither of the solicitors involved appear to have picked up on this fact, should I be asking for further information or an updated title deed?

Maria - that all depends on the context for providing the TP1. If it's simply part of the registered information to view prior to a sale/purchase then it's probably not a problem but that all depends on what the TP1 contains and how that affects the property - speak to the solicitor who is acting for you.
