Hi and good evening does any one know if a tenfoot is owned by the person who owns the property that they have purchased . I have spoken to the council and they have no ownership over the tenfoot the house is freehold does this mean i own it ? .
There is no through way and it ends at my property as the adjoining boundaries have garages blocking next door . At the back of my house no one has access apart from me and i want to purchase the land to stop fly tippers .
Do i go to land registry if i do what do i ask for .

Hi James - whilst this is a public forum 'others' don't respond/share commentary re your thread. It's used by us at HMLR to answer frequent/general Qs and users find those by searching the forum
If you own a registered freehold title then you own the land and what stands upon it. The title plan shows you the registered extent/general boundaries whilst the register confirms ownership and rights etc - Search for land and property information - GOV.UK
I have not come across the term tenfoots before
