Transfer of ownership from deceased parent

My mother, my sister and myself are legal owners of a property. My mother owned 1% and my sister and I the remaining 99% as tenants in common. My mother has passed away and we want to know do we just fill in a DJP form submitted with death certificate or is there anything else we need to complete.

Johanne - sorry to read of your loss. Form DJP + certified copy of the death certificate is all that's needed to update the register re the legal ownership.
