We have a house which is owned as tenants in common by three people, and there's a Declaration of Trust which details the split of ownership.
One person has sadly passed away, and the house will now be owned by two people with a 50/50 split.
Would a DJP form be sufficient to register the death of an owner?
Or does the Declaration of Trust mean that something like a Statutory Declaration is required to assure that it's being complied with?
Or is a new Declaration of Trust required to detail the new ownership?
