My grandparents owned their house as joint tenants. My grandmother died three months ago and we didn’t get round to notifying HMLR. My grandfather has now died. If I get probate for his estate can I then apply to register the land in my name as executor? Thanks

Mark - once you have probate you can. if you wish, register yourself as the executor - see our online guidance for more details as appropriate -
