Bought freehold but now showing as only leashold

Hello, I bought the freehold of my shared ownership house when I staircased to 100% in Feb 2022. I have questioned throughout this period why it had still not changed to freehold status and was told there is a backlog. However I was shocked to see that the title has been wrongly changed to leasehold only. Please advise what is going on? I need answers as I am very confused and upset. Thanks.

Many thanks - so No 54. Lodged March 2022 but due to a backlog of work processing only started in January 2024.
We've just gone out to your conveyancer, on 2nd Feb, with a request for additional information. Hopefully they can respond in full soon. You will need to contact them to confirm and to clarify what has been requested
Once they have responded and the freehold purchase and request to merge the lease have both been completed you will have just a freehold title.

It’s been 3yrs and as sen on your own governmental website, my tenure status still shows my property as a leasehold not freehold??? @Adam please can you assist?
