Title Deed

Hi, 

We purchased an apartment in London few years ago and now we are considering to sell the apartment.
But, we just realized that we do not have the title deed on hand.

we need a document to prove our ownership. Please advise, what can we do now?

Hi Agnes - has your conveyancer confirmed that it has been registered?
If they have then you can search online for the registered information - Search for land and property information - GOV.UK
Do check first though re it being registered and confirm whether you need 'proof' or whether the person needing that won;t be obtaining it for themselves direct from us.
