My Mother passed away last year, I have just been granted probate and I am the executor. She house left to me, but if and when sold to dived between myself and my 2 children 50/25/25. Do I just get the title deeds changed into my name?

John - if she left the house to you then you can apply to update the register to your name HMLR Guide: Start - External · HM Land Registry
If you are going to sell soon then there's usually no need to register yourself as the legal owner.
The current register plus probate should be enough for a buyer to complete on
The 50/25/25 split relates to any sale/purchase monies it seems so that would come after any sale/purchase completes and would not involve ourselves
