Good morning , I am hoping to check to see whether there is any pending registration of title on title number ESX93673, which is Flat 3 37 High Street Hastings East Sussex TN34 3ER A search on title indicates owner is Mr Matheroo, but wanted to ensure this was up to date information . We are freeholders of the building
