Transfer of deceased tenant in common share

Can executors transfer the share of a deceased tenant in common, without the surviving tenants in common signing the transfer deed?

Michelle - No as the legal ownership is always transferred as a whole. You can't transfer a share in the way you describe so all registered owners would have to transfer the whole of the property to the new legal owners as appropriate
