Gifting My House. · HM Land Registry

I want to gift my house to my daughter without using any legal aid,
I believe the necessary and sufficient docs are:
TR1,AP1,ID3,Deed Of Transfer.
Am I correct ? This is a gift. No sale price. There is no mortgage.

Kevin - correct but form TR1 is the Deed of Transfer
Registering land or property with HM Land Registry: Change the registered owner name - GOV.UK
