Title deeds not updated 11 months after

Hi there,

We purchased our property in Dec 2024 and the title deeds haven’t been updated and are still in the previous owners names.

Can you please check the system and let me know if an application has been processed in our names and let me know when it’s likely it’ll be updated to show us as the owners?

The address is 3 Regent Close, Cheadle, SK8 5PJ and the names that should be on the deed are Abbie Mattingley & Thomas Warnes.
