Expedited Adverse Possession Status Check

Hi,

I'm looking to check the status of an expedited adverse possession claim.

The reference code is HH94447 and the postcode is NE29 9EA.

We are trying to buy the property and exchange contracts in time such that the seller can put a deposit down on their new build house, though they only have a matter of days to do so! Any detail would be appreciated.
