Adding a person to title deeds

I would like to add my partner to the deeds of our house and garage which are currently held in my name only. There is no mortgage on the property as this was cleared by him for 50% ownership of the property. There are two titles for the property - one for the house and one for a garage (not physically joined to the property).<br> <br> 1. Can you advise what forms I should complete to add my partner to the property deeds?<br> 2. Can you advise if I need to complete two separate processes (i.e. one application for the house and another for the garage) or if it can be completed all in one application?<br> <br> Thanks
